Protect your investment and keep your espresso equipment performing at its best with the Voltage Preventative Maintenance Package. Designed for commercial environments, this renewable service plan provides three scheduled preventative maintenance visits throughout the year for supported espresso machine brands.
Routine maintenance is one of the most important factors in maximizing equipment longevity, maintaining drink quality, reducing downtime, and avoiding costly emergency repairs. Our factory-trained technicians perform scheduled service visits to help ensure your machine continues operating within manufacturer specifications year-round.
If your machine is already in service, the first preventative maintenance visit will be within 3 weeks. Otherwise, the first preventative maintenance dispatch will be approximately 4 months after installation.
Depending on the model, service performed during scheduled visits may include:
Service scope may vary depending on machine model, manufacturer recommendations, machine condition, and operating environment.
Preventative maintenance subscriptions are subject to service area availability. You can reach out to us to confirm eligibility or we will advise when your order is processed.
Additional repairs, emergency service calls, major component replacement, and non-routine labor are not included unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: Filter maintenance and water treatment services are managed separately through our dedicated filtration subscription programs. Proper water quality and filtration maintenance are essential to protecting your espresso machine and maintaining manufacturer warranty compliance.
Commercial espresso machines operate under constant heat, pressure, and daily wear. Regular preventative maintenance helps identify issues before they become major failures, improves reliability during peak business hours, and protects the long-term value of your equipment.
Many manufacturers also require proper installation, filtration, and routine maintenance practices to maintain warranty eligibility.
