Accessible Technical Support

Purchased a Espresso machine from Voltage. I had trouble late at night (my fault) trying to get the machine set up correctly and was very worried I wouldn't be able to open shop the next day. Voltage's tech support called me at 10:30 pm my time and helped me get things going. They are top notch and for sure will get future business from me. !!

Thoughtful Packaging

1. Purchased my EK43 on a Black Friday web sale and saved a load of $$$. Alright 2. Had Voltage Coffee Supply ship to a freight forwarder in Miami, then continued via container ship to the British Virgin Islands. It's very common for freight forwarded items to arrive damaged, however this was very well packaged and no damage occured. Alright. 3. Fast and reliable. Alright Voltage Coffee Supply = Alright, alright, alright

The box did suffer a bit of damage (not a Voltage issue as the equipment was drop shipped) but there was no damage to the equipment - it arrived in perfect condition. Would do business with them again.

Reliable Customer Service

Excellent customer service! I was having an error message with the website when I went to buy the items I was looking at. I emailed customer service & not only were they quick to respond. But, they sent me a seperate invoice with what I needed, so I could order & go about my day. As a new owner of a coffee shop on the verge of opening, I appriecte the help & the ease of getting my order in. My order arrived quickly & everything was great. Owning & Fixing Problems

I ordered a two pack of grinder cleaning tabs and a two pack of descaling powder. The products were broken up into two shipments and the first shipment arrived after two business days, but unfortunately had incorrect product in it. I emailed the service team with a picture and the next day I got a response saying that the correct product was on the way. Meanwhile, the second shipment from the original order arrived the next day and it was 100% good. The replacement order, containing the grinder cleaning tabs, arrived a couple of days later and now everything is great. I'm just waiting for the return label to arrive so that I can send the incorrect product back. Despite the mixup, I'm still positive about Voltage, given their excellent quality product, great service, and competitive prices.
