Ryan began his career on Wall Street and over the last two decades has found his passion in helping growing organizations cultivate health and operational excellence. At Voltage Ryan oversees finance, ops execution & improvement, and leading the team to tackle whatever the challenge of the season demands.

Sales & Service

As a Certified Q Arabica Grader with over 16 years of experience spanning from the US to Cambodia, Myles brings a methodical, hands-on approach to the Voltage team. He is deeply passionate about the entire coffee lifecycle—from achieving a precise roast profile to dialing in the perfect commercial espresso setup. Myles believes in doing the job right, ensuring our customers have the reliable equipment and expert guidance needed to build thriving, long-term coffee businesses.

Site Management

Dan has been managing retail e-commerce websites and online marketing since 2001. He keeps our website running and our systems connected while planning and executing feature upgrades, marketing campaigns, testing, analytics and data management projects.

Lesly discovered her passion for process optimization and Kaizen (continuous improvement) during her decade-long tenure in manufacturing. At Voltage Coffee Supply, she has the privilege of stewarding our customers through their product journey—from the moment they order until their equipment's final delivery.
