La Spaziale 12 Month Commercial Labor Warranty

In addition to the 12 month Factory Parts Warranty that comes with most La Spaziale machines, Voltage Coffee Supply offers an optional labor warranty add-on with purchase of a new La Spaziale commercial espresso machine.  These warranties are in compliance and conjunction with La Spaziale's parts warranty, following their general guidelines for what qualifies as a valid warranty claim.

While we strive to make sure you are a satisfied customer, there are some situations that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal-wear parts: these include gaskets, filters, o-rings, grinder burrs, parts classified by the factory as wear-and-tear, and other moving components.
• Problems relating to water damage, poor water quality, and scaling: Using water outside of the manufacturer's specifications is the most common reason for the machine and parts failure. Make sure you test your water and replace your filter on time.
• For 1 group machines, travel time in specific markets.  You may need to drop off the machine with the technician.
• Products where the serial number has been damaged or removed
• Operation of the machine outside the parameters stated in the user documentation
• Any product that has been damaged as a result of an accident, abuse, misuse, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance/cleaning, neglect, installation, mishandling, damage during shipment, line power surges or any external causes
• Modification to the equipment from outside sources
• Expedited shipping costs
