Which plan is right for me?
Buying a new La Marzocco, Sanremo, Schaerer, Slayer, or Synesso machine? The Extended Warranty gives you maintenance and repair coverage in one plan. Buying a La Spaziale? Pair the Labor Warranty with the Preventative Maintenance Plan. Already own your machine? The Preventative Maintenance Plan works for machines already in service.
If I buy an extended warranty, do I also need the maintenance plan?
No. Every Commercial Extended Warranty already includes the Preventative Maintenance Annual Plan.
Is my area covered?
The Preventative Maintenance Plan is available across the lower 48 states, subject to service area availability, and extended warranty services are not available in every market. Reach out and we will confirm before you buy.
Do these plans cover home espresso machines?
No. All of our plans are for machines used in commercial settings.
