The F64 EVO is the value pick in the 64 mm range, and the reason it punches above its price is the cooling fan.

Most grinders in this category get warm when you push them, and that heat carries into the grounds. Your coffee starts tasting different by the middle of a rush. The EVO fan comes on automatically and keeps that from happening, which means you can ask more of this grinder than the price would suggest.

The rest is solid commercial hardware. 64 mm flat M340 burrs, a 1.5 kg hopper, and a micrometric ring nut that moves in a continuous sweep so you can chase small changes when you switch to a new coffee.

If you clean your burrs weekly, take a look at the F64 EVO PRO. Same machine, except the chamber comes off on two levers so you can do it between rushes instead of scheduling it.

Who is the F64 EVO for?

Cafés, restaurants, offices and coffee carts running moderate volume, or as a second grinder for decaf or a single-origin alongside your main machine. It is the entry point into Fiorenzato's 64 mm commercial chassis.

What do E, EVO, PRO and Sense mean?

Each suffix is one capability, and they stack. E is electronic on-demand dosing, timed. EVO adds an electronically activated cooling fan for higher workloads. PRO means the burr chamber opens without tools. Sense doses by weight instead of by time. So the F64 EVO has on-demand dosing and a cooling fan, and doses in seconds.

How is this different from the F64 E?

The EVO adds the cooling fan. That matters once you are grinding back-to-back through a rush, because motor heat carries into the grounds and shifts the taste of the shot.

How is this different from the F64 EVO PRO?

Same machine, plus tool-free burr chamber access on the PRO. Two levers release the chamber, so a burr clean happens during service rather than being scheduled. If you clean burrs weekly, the PRO pays for itself in labour.

Does it need a dedicated circuit?

No. It runs on standard 110–120 V at 350 W, so a normal outlet is fine.

Fiorenzato provides a parts warranty of 12 months from date of purchase. Coverage can vary by model. Commercial equipment must be installed by a factory-certified technician for coverage to remain valid.
