The F64 EVO PRO Sense weighs every dose as it grinds, so you get the same shot whether your opener or your closer is on bar.

You set a target in grams on the touchscreen and it hits it. No test shots to recalibrate when the beans age or the humidity shifts, and no scale taking up room next to the machine. Master Mode goes a step further and reads the weight of your portafilter, starting a single or a double on its own.

This is the grinder to buy when consistency across a team is the actual problem you are solving. If one experienced barista runs your bar, you may not need it. If four people touch that grinder in a day, it earns its cost back in the shots you stop throwing away.

Cleaning is easy because it is a PRO. Two levers, chamber off, no tools, and your setting is preserved. The Dark-T burrs last roughly five times longer than uncoated steel, so replacement comes around far less often.

Suits cafés and roasteries up to about 3 kg a day, and it works with the PUQpress M4 if you are automating tamping as well.

Who is the F64 EVO PRO Sense for?

Cafés, restaurants and roasteries running up to about 3 kg a day where more than one person works the grinder. Grind by weight earns its cost when you need the same dose across a team and across a long day.

What do E, EVO, PRO, SENSE and ADAPT mean?

The number is the burr size in millimetres. Each suffix is one capability and they stack. E is on demand grinding. EVO is on demand grinding plus a cooling fan. PRO is the toolless burr chamber. SENSE is grind by weight. ADAPT is grind by weight plus guided adjustment of grind size.

How is this different from the F64 EVO PRO?

Same 64 mm chassis, same Dark-T coated burrs, same toolless chamber. The Sense adds the scale in the portafilter fork and doses in grams to 0.1 g rather than in seconds, and runs a 450 W motor against the EVO PRO's 350 W.

What is Master Mode?

The grinder reads the weight of your portafilter and starts a single or a double on its own, so your barista does not need to select anything. Direct Mode is there when you would rather grind on demand.

Do I still need a scale on the bar?

Not for dosing. Plenty of baristas keep one for output weight and ratio work.

When do the burrs need replacing?

Around 3,000 kg of throughput on the Dark-T burrs, roughly five times uncoated steel. At 3 kg a day that is about three years of daily service.
