• Premium specialty coffee shops concerned with having the most temperature consistent espresso possible are the primary audience for this machine.

• The Cafe Racer is in a very small club of machines that have temperature stability consistent enough to be qualified for use in the World Barista Championship. There are many options in this price range with different feature sets, but if temperature stability and consistency are important to you, then it should be considered a top option.

• The Opera 2.0 is the next level up in the Sanremo range. The main difference is that the Opera has pressure profiling capability on top of the existing Cafe racer technology.

All new Sanremo espresso machines come with a 1-year parts warranty from the original order date. Voltage provides an additional 1 year labor warranty. The absence of water filtration voids this warranty.
