Most self-serve coffee is made hours before someone drinks it. The Schaerer Coffee Soul C grinds and brews each cup when the customer presses the button, which is the whole argument for putting one in a convenience store or a fuel stop: no urns, no batch that has been sitting since the morning rush, no coffee poured out at shift change.

This is pressure brewed coffee rather than espresso. A 28 gram brew unit produces a full cup, up to 24 ounces in one cycle, hot or iced. Three self-adjusting grinders feed three 2.2 lb hoppers, so you can run three blends or roasts side by side and let the customer choose from the screen.

That screen is a 12 inch touch display, and it does more than take orders. It is large enough to carry promotions and limited-time offers between transactions, which turns an appliance into a piece of merchandising. The machine is telemetry ready in both directions, so recipes, prices, and campaigns can be pushed to a fleet remotely and machine status comes back the same way.

ProCare runs the daily cleaning automatically at whatever time suits you, eliminating manual cleaning of the coffee system for up to 300 days. Auto Setup and Auto Calibration cut installation and grinder calibration to a fraction of the usual time and keep cup quality consistent across sites. There is an integrated ADA panel built into the drip tray.

At 13 inches wide it drops into a counter run without a rebuild. If you need a second dispense point for higher traffic, the optional Sidecar adds one and takes the footprint to 17.7 inches.
