How it works
Alongside our standard free installation, one of the most requested services is an extension of the factory commercial warranty. Our Extended Warranty adds 12 months of coverage that begins the day your factory warranty ends. Factory warranty periods begin on the day the machine first ships.
Every extended warranty includes the Preventative Maintenance Annual Plan, with scheduled technician visits and the parts they need, so your machine is maintained and protected under one plan.

What’s not covered
- Accident, neglect, or abuse
- Improper installation. Equipment must be installed by a professional technician and meet all local electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes.
- Water conditions, including excessive lime, chlorine, and mineral hardness
- Relocation or reinstallation
- Any modification to the equipment
- Failure to provide a neutral to the electrical connection when the unit requires one
- Incorrect voltage applied to the unit at any time
- Improper cleaning procedures
- Standard wear-and-tear parts
- Adjustments, training, cleaning, or improper operation or application
All warranties are void if muriatic acid or any other form of hydrochloric acid is used for cleaning or descaling. Voltage Extended Warranties are non-transferable.

- Your machine’s serial number
- Photos, videos, or a description of the problem

When does my extended coverage start?
The day your factory commercial warranty ends. Factory warranty periods start on the day the machine first ships, so your extended coverage runs for the 12 months after that.
Do I also need to buy the Preventative Maintenance Plan?
No. Every Commercial Extended Warranty already includes the Preventative Maintenance Annual Plan.
Can I get coverage for a machine used at home?
No. The Linea Mini, GS3, Sanremo YOU, and Slayer single groups are eligible only when used commercially.
Can I transfer my extended warranty if I sell the machine?
No. Voltage Extended Warranties are non-transferable.
Is my area covered?
