Commercial espresso machines run under constant heat, pressure, and daily wear. Our plan puts routine maintenance on a schedule, helping your machine last longer, pull consistent shots, and avoid costly emergency repairs.
How it works
Scheduling
- 3 visits per year from a professional commercial espresso technician, coordinated directly with your team.
- Machine already in service? Your first visit will be within 3 weeks.
- New install? Your first visit is dispatched approximately 4 months after installation.
- Renewable each year to keep your machine on schedule.
What a visit may include
- Group gasket replacement
- Diffuser screen inspection and replacement
- Steam wand inspection and seal evaluation
- Brew and boiler pressure verification
- General leak inspection
- Cleaning and calibration checks
- Safety component inspection
- Wear-part evaluation and performance diagnostics
Service scope varies by machine model, manufacturer recommendations, machine condition, and operating environment.

La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Sanremo, La Spaziale, Synesso, Slayer, and Schaerer commercial espresso machines.
Pricing & availability
Available in the lower 48 states, subject to service area availability. Pricing is $1,250 per year in most states and $1,450 per year in California, Florida, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

What’s not included
Additional repairs, emergency service calls, major component replacement, and non-routine labor are not included unless otherwise specified.
Filter maintenance and water treatment are handled separately through our filtration subscription programs. Proper filtration is essential to protecting your machine and keeping your manufacturer warranty valid.
This plan is for commercial-use machines only and is not available for residential espresso machines.
Buying a new machine?
Every Commercial Extended Warranty includes this plan, plus 12 more months of coverage after your factory warranty ends. Available for select La Marzocco, Sanremo, Schaerer, Slayer, and Synesso machines.
